| This place is great! My husband and I just visited for the first time and not only was the food delicious, but the staff was wonderful too. There was a mistake on my pizza (they used real cheese instead of vegan). Instead of throwing it out they offered it to us to take home. They also brought me a cup of soup so I didn’t have to sit and wait while my husband had his dinner. They didn’t even charge for my pizza. Best restaurant experience in a long time! |

Hello-
I notice you use beer in your pizza’s & breads. Is there any option for teetotalers like me? Great food, but wish the beer wasn’t there.
Thanks! |

I normally don’t post on these sort of things, but after reading the backward comments putting down this restaurant as well as the owner, I had to take the time do so.
#1 The prices are NOT high. I am a vegan, and I’ve been to PLENTY of vegan restaurants that will charge you 2-4 dollars more per dish and your portions size will be less than half of Brick Road Pizza Co.
#2 No one said you had to get the $29 pizza. Did you choose the priciest pizza on the menu to make it seem like every single pizza was that expensive. If so, shame on you, and go to Little Caesars b/c that seems to be more in your price range.
#3 My boyfriend and I go to this restaurant about 1x a month, and when we placed an order to go, they forgot to put the order in for our vegan mac n cheese. No biggy to us, mistakes happen, well the woman behind the counter, yes, the owner, was SO apologetic. He told her it was ok, and she said, NO it’s not, your mac and cheese is FREE AND I’ll give you 2 cookies on us. WHO DOES THAT NOW-A-DAYS? So I don’t know what coupon you brought in, but as a person that uses coupons on the regular, you ALWAYS call first to see if they honor that coupon and under what guidelines, so once again, shame on you.
#4 Another time our waitress noticed they forgot to put in the avocado on my sandwich, so when it arrived, she noticed, and brought me a WHOLE AVOCADO sliced up on a little plate. Amazing. They always go above their mistake, which is EXACTLY what a company should do, big or small.
#5 We also went on a crazy Friday night with 3 children and 4 adults, no reservation. They accommodated us within 5-10 minutes. The food was great; there was a longer wait than normal for our food, but that’s to be expected on a busy Friday night, and we were there to enjoy each other’s company anyways.
I think you’re doing a GREAT job Brick Road Pizza Co. DON’T CHANGE A THING!! |

I have to say, I was disappointed with my visit. Your pizza’s are VERY overpriced, so I was hesitant to try, until I saw that you had a $15 gift certificate on restaurant.com. So I talked a few of my co-workers into getting a few pizza’s for take-out. When I got to Brick Road to pick up my pizza’s, I was informed by the cashier (whom, I found out, was also the owner) that they only honor restaurant.com coupons for dine in purchases. Upon reading the certificate from top to bottom, I found NO WHERE that it stated "for dine in only". Upon pointing this out, very politely to the owner, she slid the paper back across the counter and very bluntly told me that she would not be honoring the coupon. Needless to say, by the owners customer service skills alone, I will NOT be returning to Brick Road and I will be encouraging all of my friends and family to do the same. Shame on you for running a company with such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. |

| I try to support our local small business’s. I find it very difficult to get good customer service at the big chain stores and restaurants, and feel that they are destroying the local mom and pop shop’s. For this reason I decided to give your place a try despite the prices, which I consider to be ridiculously high. While enjoying my lunch I was shocked to hear another customer being treated very rudely by the woman behind the counter. The worst part is, the woman identified herself as the owner. Shame on you. You apparently do not rely on repeat business. I’m sure that poor woman will never return and I’m sorry to say neither will I. This is the first and last impression I have of your establishment. Something you may want to consider.... |

| Visited your restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s (Angela Deckard who is a regular) birthday and had the best pizza I can remember. Being originally from Chicago I didn’t think I’d every have a pizza par with what I was use to. I now have. My daughter is a vegetarian and her boyfriend a vegan and both had plenty to choose from. Our server, Jimmy was excellent. Any chance of opening a restaurant in N Muskegon? All we have are chain pizza places. When I have good food and outstanding service I want to share. Too many times people only comment when things are bad. Thanks again, Steve Deckard. |

| Your food is worth every penny! I love how you use community and earth friendly resources to make your food. It is also excellent to know you use a wide variety of non gmo food. Thank you! Vegan food has never tasted so good! |

You must be out of your mind charging $29 for a pizza in West Michigan. I’ve gleaned off your web page that vegan and gluten free are serious issues for you.
You must be the business owners that your lord Barack Obama says didn’t get anywhere by themselves.
Seriously? $29 for a pizza in this market? You people are mentally disabled.

| You should open a Brick Road Pizza in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I so rarely get to Michigan. Love all the vegan goodness. |
